Researcher inquired whether either John R. Jarboe or Isaac Parker Cook attended Dickinson College. Jarboe received an Honorary Degree of A.M. in 1853 and Cook served as a trustee of the college from 1860 to 1869, but neither gentleman enrolled at Dickinson as a student.

Researcher requested any available biographical information on Abraham, Joseph, and Christian Stayman, members of a prominent family with the Methodist Church in Cumberland County in the mid-1800s. No information was found on Abraham or Joseph, and all that was found with regard to Christian was his involvement with the College as a member of the Board of Trustees from 1850 to 1881.

DeWitt Clinton Morgan and family

Researcher requested information about DeWitt C. Morgan, a member of the Dickinson Class of 1851, and any fellow family members who may also have attended the college. Information was provided on two siblings of Morgan, one of whom received honorary masters and doctorate degrees (Joseph Asbury Morgan) and one of whom received an honorary doctorate and was a college trustee (Nicholas J. B. Morgan), as well as two nephews, both of whom graduated in 1876 (Gerard Emory Morgan and William Dallam Morgan).
