Dr. Lynn H. Harris, class of 1906, got her Ph. D. and became the President of Beaver College for Women in Beaver, PA.
Several of her works were published in magazines during the year of 1924. These included:
"Duty: A Legend of Pompeii" - published in the Pittsburgh Christian Advocate (August 21).
"Our Sex-Obsessed Literature" - published in the Christian Century (October 30).
and....
"The Influence of the Puritan on American Literature" - published in the Methodist Review (Nov-Dec issue).
