The Department of German and the Kade Center at Dickinson College, in conjunction with the on-line scholarly journal Glossen will sponsor a Symposium on Contemporary German Literature from October 9 -11, 2003 at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.
Papers may be given in either English or German and should not exceed 20 minutes.
Abstracts (1 page) should be sent by August 18, 2003, and papers should be submitted by September 12, 2003 to:

Location: Dickinson College is located in Carlisle, PA.
Housing: We will reserve rooms in the Carlisle Comfort Suites Hotel which is located in the middle of town in easy walking distance to campus. Cost for housing runs around $ 85 per night for one room single occupancy.
Board: Participants will be able to eat free of charge in the Dickinson student union (vegetarian food is available).
